MIET Meerut Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

There are a lot of companies that visited the campus for placement either it is related to your core or to IT sectors like Wipro ,TCS , byju's , samsung , micromax ,hexaware etc .There is a very high percentage of students getting placement like more than 75 % of people in E.C.E branch got placed this year on a highly motivating package. The highest is 75 lakh per annum and the average being 3.6 lakh per annum. The students became eligible for placement at the starting of their fourth year and gets placed till the mid sem. My plans after getting the degree are to become a research and developer for ISRO or DRDO and work for the nation...

When the student is in the 7th semester they become eligible for placement. Wipro, tcs, hexaware, micromax, judge group, and many more visited the campus for campus recruitment. I am not aware of the number of jobs offered. The highest package was 8 lakhs and the average package reaches almost 3.6 lakhs for each student. The percentage of students getting placed is about 85 percent Placements are offered on the campus. The placement rate is good but it's more in the IT sector. So I have planned for gate and off-campus placements. I have also planned to opt for ESE and govt jobs. And also I have no issue with campus placement I will go for that too.

From onwards 6th-semester students can apply for internship opportunities in their kind of interested companies. There are a lot of companies visited on our campus every month like TCS, Wipro and Infosys etc. The average package is around 3-4 LPA.

From 7 semester onwards students become eligible for the placement. Companies like TCS, Microsoft come and select the students in bulk for a cooperative world. The highest package I have heard till now is 24 lakh per annum but it was off-campus placement in our cllg the placement is nearly about 30k per month.

I think 6-semester students are eligible to get into placement entities. There is numerous number of companies that visit in our college. From my point of view, the average package is 4 lakh. The highest package goes to 7-8 lakh and the lowest gets to 2 -3 lakh maybe.

In college the placements are very good many companies will come in our third year and also in the fourth year for hiring the students. In our college, 100% placement is offered many biggest companies also come like TCS Wipro byju's Mahindra etc.

Here we have a separate placement cell that provides us yearly knowledge and internship opportunities every week. We have separate soft skills classes to improve our communication skills as well. From the 6th sem, a student gets eligible for interview or placements. In miet a lot of companies hub visits like Amazon, Wipro, TCS and many other mnc's also. In our college, the highest placement package was 22 L which is provided to an MBA student and 15 L package to a Btech student as well. And the average package is almost around 4L per annum. The requirements for placements vary according to the company some seeks 70% students, and some hire students with 65%. If I talk about my plan after the completion of my Btech I'll seek placements in big MNC's like Amazon.

The best thing I liked about this college is its placment facilty. The student is eligible from 2nd year for on-campus internships and many of the interns get they offer letter during their internship. Students can simply apply for internships or placements for the companies visiting the campus. The average package goes to 6-7 lakhs and the higest package gone is 25 lakhs. Till the end of the degree course, around 60% of the total students are placed. My plan for the future is to get a decent job with a good package and of my core.

Placements are very good in MIET. Most of the reputed companies visit our college every year. Many students get selected in TCS, Wipro, HCL. Students got placed with a salary package of approx. 3lack to 5lack PA. Every year 80% of the students get placed in a well-reputed company. If you are talented, then you can definitely get placed in a very good company, you just have to do hard work.

From the 4th semester, we are eligible for placements. The average package is 3-4 LPA and the highest is 9-10 LPA. 95% of students have been placed. I will be joining a healthcare company.
