MSIT Kolkata Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

According to my knowledge, the students can become eligible after 6the semester for getting placed in any company. Every year 20-30 companies like Infosys, mind tree, TCS, Suzuki, Hyundai and many other companies come here for job offerings. And almost 80% of the students get placement every year. Which is very good. The average package offered is 3-4lakh per annum. And the highest offered was 15lakh per annum. My plan is to join Infosys groups of companies for my future job

Because this is a renowned college.the infrastructure and the behaviour of college sir and Madam is very polite and good. The admission process was very smooth i got a allotment letter from my counciling. They didn't pressure for any donation amount the date way 14th September 2019. From the 7th semester, students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like TCS, Infosys visited for placements. The highest package offered by the college is 11 lakhs per annum and an average package of 5-7 lakhs is offered by our college every year. Around 90% of the students get placements every year during the placement drives. My plans after getting the degree are to get a good job in a company of my interest in which I can contribute and explore myself.

In Dr. MSIT College, around 60 to 80 seats are available for mechanical engineering every year. For freshers, the highest package offered is Rs. 20,000 per month, the lowest package is Rs. 10,000 per month, and the average salary is Rs. 12,000 per month. Top recruiting companies are TATA Group, Hyundai Motors, Yamaha, Infosys etc. 90% of students got internships. As our college is a government college, it helps poor students study engineering and become successful in life with a yearly fee ..

Placement cell is good. Not 100% of students placed on college placement but almost 70-80% of students placed through placement. You can take an eye on the college main website for placement details of previous 3 or 5 years and also find those names who were placed through placement. TCS, Cognizant, are mass recruiters for Kolkata students.

I took admission in the college through JELET exam. This college is good for campusing and it is under Techno India Group. Teachers are also good and study method used good. Very well furnished labs and classes. Oral the colleges nice for education campusing.

I got this college in the 3rd round of counselling according to my wbjee rajk. The Institute has a student population mainly from eastern and north-eastern India. Students are admitted into undergraduate B.Tech course in July and August, based on their performances in WBJEE or AIEEE. Admission into B.Tech course in MSIT is competitive and requires good rank in WBJEE or AIEEE.

My interest towards Electrical engineering and this branch was good in that college and the supporting nature of faculty about which my friend told me earlier and the campus is beautiful and many other things

The college is under Techno India group. So, it's easier to get placed during campussing. Apart from that there was no such other reasons for which I opted for this college. Later I found that the faculty and the labs are quite good.
