NIE Mysore Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

There are a good number of dream companies visiting our college for placements. Some of them are Cisco, Techmill, etc. Our college students got selected off-campus also. Some of them get placed in Google, Microsoft, etc.

NIE provides the best and high packages for students. Students can apply for internships after 3rd sem itself( off-campus ) or even before. Companies visited are JPMC, Twilio, Wipro, Cisco, Deloitte, McKinsey, Accenture, Infosys, and more. College gives 100% placements. My plans are to get the high package in the best company, work, and then move States to pursue MS.

From 7th semester everyone of the college with good grades and no backlogs ( average grade without backlogs also) are eligible for a lot of companies placement policies. NIE is best known for 100 percent placement in all the branch. There are companies which offer ctc from 44 lakh who come to the placement drives. The average package for software students is 7-8 lakh where for non software students it is 4-5 lakhs. I am currently working in a multinational company after completion of my degree.

During the 4th year the students are able to attend placements there were many companies which visited such as Wipro, Cisco, Mercedes Benz, Infosys, Accenture, Bosh etc the highest company package was 17lakh per annum 80%-90% students get placed.

From the third year, a student can be eligible for campus placements. A lot of core companies recruited around 97% of the students last year. Names of some companies: Amazon, Cisco, Mercedes Benz, HP, Dell, Wipro, Infosys, etc. I don't have any further plans for doing my master's. I'd rather prefer campus placement.

The placement cell is active. They train students for the aptitude and all. Overall placement is 90% as per college details. The average package for the top 3 branches Is around. 5 lakhs per annum. Placement decreases in the civil and chemical branches. The mechanical branch of college is very good as many faculties are from IITs and hence have a good alumni network. Narayan Murthy is alumni of our college.

One of the reputed college with excellent teaching environment and opportunity. Located in a wonderful city. Encouragement to what we want to pursue. Students are friendly and focused. The placements in our college are quite good.

Infosys co-founder N. R. Narayana Murthy was alumni of NIE. MNC companies visit for placemen. The highest package till 2020 is 48 LPA, the average package is 4.5 LPA. 96 of students get placed every year. Mercedes Benz, Toyota, Google, Infosys, Wipro, LT, Mahindra, TATA and so on, visit for placement.

Students are eligible to get placements from their 6th to 7th semester as whatever basic is needed by them to a company is embedded into them. Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Cisco, and many other companies visit our college and make many offers. The highest package in my course was 47 L.P.A previous year and average is 7 to 8 L.P.A. Almost all students get placed in our branch almost every year. I just wanna do a start-up after completion of my course and getting my degree.
