SNIST Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Placements actually start in the ending of 3rd year. Many top companies will visit to the campus and they tests the skills of the students and they also keep some interview rounds and will offer jobs to the students those are enough with good skills. In my college placements opportunities are more as it is a top college with more number of students. But students must keep in mind that is "Degree and CGPA doesn't matter but skills do. So one must learn skills that are required for companies. Packages are offered based on the skills and knowledge that students have and the highest package in our college is 15 lakhs. Till now many companies like Amazon, TCS, Cognizant, Wipro, IBM hired students from our college. Not only these there are many and some students will be hired from off campus also. It depends on students and the skills they have.

From the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Companies like Infosys, Cognizant, Delloite, Amazon, Collegedunia, etc have visited. Infosys and Cognizant recruit more students. Amazon has offered the highest package of 18 LPA. The average package would be 3-4 LPA.

Students are eligible for placements if they have a minimum of 6.5 cgpa and no backlogs. The worst ever placement policy is seen in this college with only one offer letter in hand even if he got 2 LPA in his first placement attempt without permitting to attempt for another company. On average the package is 4.5 LPA given. The skills required to cope up with industry need build on self by you only. The college curriculum doesn't provide any such skills. You need to learn all the industry oriented skills from the internet, online courses by paying fees to you.

Coming to placements it is very good final year students are eligible for placements in the campus. There are so many companies are participating in my college at the time I studied placements offered are every company but now the pattern is changed if one student get placed in anyone company he is not allowed to other company recruitment. The ideology behind this reason is to get everyone get placed. Coming to companies that are participated Infosys, cognizant, TCS, Capgemini, Wipro, Accenture, etc ... Very reputed companies are recruit students. And package min they offered is 3 lakh P.A and max 14lakh p.a different companies have different recruitment process. Coming to students percentages it is different for different companies some companies take 50% and some 60% and some more 70% if you want to attend each and every recruitment at least you need to maintain 60 % and above this is qualified % for most of the companies. From the 7th semester placements will start on campus, Companies like Infosys TCS Accenture Hyundai and Tech Mahindra, 80% will get placements. I plan to do ms in the USA or Canada. The highest package is 12lakhs and the lowest package is 3.5 depends on the companies.

After 6th semester students are eligible for placements, the student should clear all the subject by the time of placement there should be no backlogs then the student is eligible for the campus interview. Mainly IT companies visit the college to give placements. Average package is 3 lakhs. 20 to 30 percentage of students get the placement.

From sem5 will be eligible for campus drives and placements The companies are Wipro, Genpact, HCl, Amazon,nsl arena, etc The highest package is 3.50 Lac per annum and the average is 1.50 Lac per annum Minimum 80% should get for placements

From 3-2 students are eligible for placements, placement training is given by the college and companies visited are Infosys, Cognizant, Accenture and TCS. 14 LPA is the highest package and the average package is 3.5 LPA.

Good is facilities of the college is very good.And faculty also very interactive in discussing doubts about the college.Bad is asking heavy college fee during exams.Reason of preferring this college is providing good facilities, good environment.

It was good in the initial years but now there is less placement in college but they would be giving many pieces of training for cracking the interviews and technical exams. Many companies visited till 2019 but from there, there was no college placements in a good scale.
