The faculty is exceptional in teaching standards, we have full time faculty that pay weekly visits to JBIMS, Sydenham, KJS XLRI, XIMB and Welingkar, so that pretty much resolves all doubts. The core faculty for Finance are also part-time consultants for F&O trading and have a work experience in leading firms like Morgan Stanley, Shipping Corporation of India. The core Marketing faculty has been awarded the best faculty for Marketing by the Mumbai University. He too has a work experience in the petrochemical sector. The HR faculty have the distinction of working in reputed business houses like L&T, Godrej & Natraj as regional HR's. Visiting faculty are no different in terms of work experience or qualification or the sheer fear they instil in class.

Faculty were immensely educated & highly professional in their approach. All the professors were renowned in their Field of subjects. Most of the Faculty were authors as well

Simply awesome. The HOD ensured that every students was taken care of, syllabus was covered on time, quizzes were organised and regular test were conducted.

Faculty were very helpful and cooperative And always attended the doubts and cleared them efficiently. Regular training and exams and extra lectures conducted if there is any doubt. Faculty was top class highly educated and experienced in teaching. Learing here is the best thing u will get ever teachers are very nice and humble.

Faculty is definitely very well qualified. All the teachers at degree college are doctorate and expert in their own subject. Very helpful at personal and professional levels. The experience that teachers have is exceptional. But in some year the experienced faculty may be retiring so that need to be consider.

The best part of Xavier is its faculty. Our course coordinator has good communication skills and has good knowledge about everything related course. They all are very co-operative and polite in nature.

The faculty at Xavier is more than excellent. We have a team of faculty who been working for benefit. The college has many renowned prof in all the fields and are the authors of many large referred books for the course. The study technique used by the faculty is very nice which gives us a overall development In the related subjects.

The faculty of college is eminent and has a lot of experience. Many are the authors for books published by well known publishers. Also, talking about the qualification of teachers, all are highly qualified in their respective subjects giving us students a better chance to develop in the respective subjects.
