Fees and Financial Aid:

I am pursuing bcom honours from Janki Devi Memorial College(DU). The annual fee for general category is ?20000 - ?23000 per year. The fee includes tution fee, administration cahrges, library charges, and other compulsory components. For reserved categories such as SC/ST, the fees are comparatively lower as per university of delhi norms and government guidelines. Some of my batch mates from reserved categories pay less than general category students due to fees concession. Regarding scholarships, students can apply for schemes like merit-cum-means scholarship, Du Financial Assistance Schemes and scholarship for St/SC/OBC/EWS categories. Financial aid is also provided to economically weaker students after proper documentation and verification.

The college also provides awards annually for students who perform exceptionally in their courses, but this is mostly for honours courses and rare for program.

When I took admission in this college, the fees was around 14000 for english honours but in my second year the fees hyped and I went to 18000 and in the last year of my college, the fees was around 21000. The students were protested for this but nothing comes out . The fees remains same . There are some cash prizes for those students who scored highest marks in their subjects in their class . They will get prizes. I've seen some students who are from jammu kashmir . They get scholarship and ladakh students too but notnfrom college. From their state and they have seats in this college. The fees fornfeneral category students are bit high maybe there is some relaxation foor sc sts. I am from general category and according to me , the fees was bit high.

Yes scholarships are available like i myself got Sharda devi scholarships twice for academic excellence. The college really supports financial aid and has a very nice atmosphere for encouraging students to follow their dreams.

There's only one time tuition fees that's Rs.21200 and that's the same for everyone and there is no other fees other than this. We have so many different scholarships and financials aids given to students such as Gandhi Study Circle Financial Aid, etc and various scholarships such as Shri Autar Krishna Scholarship, Dr. Sharda Jain Scholarship, etc.

Yearly I paid 21000 for my course in janki Devi memorial college The fees is preety decent and affordable but the hostel fee is quite expensive. The infrastructure is good and the library and Lab are huge and beautiful.the scholarship program is also good in the college
