When the 1st cut off list came up from the college's that I was able to get in I chose Kamala Nehru because I was getting my desired course, it was near to my house and the travelling time was not more than 20 min and also when I researched and went to my college the facutly of the college and the faculty in my department were very friendly and great towards me.

It’s a girls college and I prefer it is more safe then a coed college It has a good faculty of history department I know this because I am pursuing my BA with history It is in close vicinity from my house But the furniture’s are not good,sometimes we have to rush to other classes for bringing chairs In Summer it becomes very hard to study because there is no Ac in the classroom And sometimes students feel exhausted Sometime the sanitary pad machines in the washroom does not use to work properly it is sometimes broken or out of pads

Kamala nehru college is a college famous for it's social sciences and that is the main thing that attracted me towards this college and for me my course was the first preference. The sociology and psychology department of this college is really good

It is one of the best college of Delhi university among 10 colleges of the university for my course that is Geography honours. All the faculty members are of good nature and experienced in their subjects

Kamala nehru was my last option, i did not really know the college or heard about it, after taking back my admission from applied psy from gargi, i came to pursue ba hons psychology in knc, the staff of psychology department is really good, i chose the course because it was my interest to be a psychologist.

When I passed out of 12th I was nervous a lot and I didn't know which Institute to pick but after thorough research I found my college the best. The faculty of my college was the best for my subject, the infrastructure of the college is also good and it is located in Central Delhi which was a plus point. Overall I feel I made the best decision of my life.

As Kamala Nehru College is one of the renowned college of Delhi University i joined it. And i chose Delhi University as everybody knows how this impacts a personality. I opted for Economics Hons. as i love economics. In 12th i scored 99 so i thought i would do good in this subject.

To be honest this was not my dream college. I was hoping to get into some decent college in north campus. When the cut offs came out I started to do some research and kamla nehru college was the best college availabe in my cut off range. I was skeptical and apprehensive as to what my life here would be, but as i explored the campus I pretty much made my peace with that " wanna go to north campus " thing. I am happy and highly satisfied with the faculty. However dogs roaming in cafes and in campus grounds is shocking but I have been accustomed to it.

Kamala Nehru College is in the top 5 to study B.A (HONS) PSYCHOLOGYin Delhi University as well as in the whole of India. As I am a girl the fact that it's an all girl's college was also one of the factor that I chose this college. The Department of Psychology in Kamala Nehru College have one of the best faculties and the professor of the departments are also well train and know their subjects and teach the student well.

The college has always maintained a good standard of education system and discipline. In the year of 2010-2013, the principal of the college was Mrs. Minoti Chaterjee who was in one word a dynamic personality and have maintained a proper discipline in the college throughout her period of service. Some, up and downs were definitely a part of the college as the administration is not co-operative at times. but otherwise, it is good.
