Fees and Financial Aid:

For BE students the fees structure is ___ In every semester you have to pay 37100/- . But during admission ou have to pay 39100/- *Admission fees(one time) - 5000/- *Caution money(one time refundable) - 2000/- *Tution fees(per semester) - 28000/- *Development fees(per semester) - 5000/- *semester Examination and Evalution fees(per semester) - 1500/- *Labrotary fees(per semester) - 2000/- *Student welfare fees(per semester) - 100/- *Cultural & sports fees(per semester) - 500/- *There are reduction in fees for SC/ST students. Only fees reduction is for TFW students. Only 3 students from each class will get the TFW sponsership and they have to pay 15000/- per semester for tution fees and other fees are same as general students. For hostel__ you have to pay 5400/- per semester Students gets SVMCM scholarship from West Bengal Government which is 60000/-.And SC students get OASIS . No other scholarship is provided from collage.

Currently I am in 6th semester and when I took admission in this college my semester fees was 32100 excluding hostel fees and now it was increased by 5000 that is now 37100 excluding hostel fees, but It was already mentioned in the fees structure that fees structure might be updated later. The hostel fees is from the starting till date is 5400. The policy of fees hike will be mentioned in the fees structure of the college at the time of admission. And you and apply for the government scholarships, you can also apply for the education loans.

Free structure is very high.minimum 75000 year per year 'we will have to give in college fees. One time we give Swami Vivekananda scholarship 60000 per year.one time we took. Minimum quality of placement are happen.

The fees are a bit much according to the course but the government college has its perks. There is a fee hike recently but due to a protest, it was overturned. I study in 3rd year so no job until now.. west Bengal students can get scholarships

Course Curriculum Overview:

It was an usual course like any other engineering college with 8 semesters. The faculty comprised of permanent and m.tech students. All the faculty were well qualified to teach the syllabus. The academics was good and the grades given by the faculty were unbiased. Everyone got what they deserved. Many of the faculty were highly qualified like K.M.sir he is exception in the field of analog electronics. He had his own lab setup in the laboratory. He used to research ideas.He was a great help for avg.students like me.

No scholarship is provided by the college. Only central and state government scholarship is available. for state government scholarship, you must have recidence of that state. Scholarship amount is totally depends on the government.

Yes a good scholarship facility offered by our college. On merit and cast basis some scholarship offered in my college. A full and half tuition fee is concessed for meritorious students. I also availed those scholarship.
