VIT Pune Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Students who are studying last year are eligible for on campus placements. Every year nearly 100 companies visit vit pune for on campus placement. nearly 50 + companies are arranging off campus placements every year for students of Vishwakarma institutes (vit), at vit Pune. Some of the companies are Accenture, TCS, John Deere, Kiroslkar, Infosys, Barclays, Mercedes Benz, etc. The highest package was taken by one of the CS students from Microsoft company of 35 lakh. The Average package was about 6 lakh for mechanical engineers and 10 lakh for CS/IT students. About almost 70-75% students get placements others go for higher education and remaining gives various government, defence, banks exams. I have the aim to become an Armed force Officer so I have planned to give various defence exams in my final year and after graduation.

From the 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements. There are different companies visited our college like TATA elexi many of our students got placed in this company and some more companies like TATA Motors, TCS, etc. The highest package of 7-8 LPA and average of 2.5-4 LPA is been given this year and nearly 50-60% of students get placed. Vit college has the best placement ratio for CS/IT students so if you want to get placed at vit college you better choose cs/it branch.

In 2021-2022, 81% students get placement with the highest CTC of Rs 33 LPA. The highest stipend in this session is Rs 75,000. Average package raised upto Rs 6 LPA. Companies like Cognizant, Deloitte are in the top recruiters list.

VIT students are offered the salary of Rs 25 LPA and above. More than 100 offers with Rs 10 lacs give students prework experience. Students of VIT are replaced in popular multinational companies. The highest CTC stood at Rs 75 LPA in 2020-2021.

From semester-7 students start getting placements. companies like NVIDIA and offers are around 150. The highest package is around 38 lakhs and the minimum is around 3 lakhs. 80% of students get placements.

The faculty members are well educated and have a 'minimum' experience of 1 to 1.5yrs. Every teacher is skilled in their particular fields and is a joy to get educated in such a harmonic way. There are at least 4 teachers for a particular subject, each teaching miraculously better than the other. Also, talking about the course, I chose BTEC cause it excites me to know more about the future that lies within human hands, and studying with such a faculty adds all to it! Talking about the exams, they are well-timed and spread throughout the year. There's a certain pressure, which is of course a good thing to go with and the paper pattern is balanced. The paper isn't that difficult; if you study. A good way to learn. Even the projects in themselves teach us in every way.

From the sixth semester the campus placements start Companies like Joh deer forbs Marshall siemens Credit Swiss Nvidia TCS and many other The average package is around 8l.p. and the highest is around 15l.pa

The management here is very nice. The course which I choose have best teachers here all phds and professional teacher having 10 yrs job experience. The admission process is normal as it is there for all you have to go through cap round if you got selected then the admission process is there further which takes place at college.

Because it's an autonomous college and second best in Pune. It has lots of extra curricular activities and curricular activities. VIT Pune has more than 4 fest and multiple clubs. Also it has lots of curricular activities and completion in clubs. Overall has a great faculty and also has a for computer science and information technology has a good number of placements. Overall it's a great college which can make you grow and make you ready to face challenges in the upcoming world.

The greatest attraction for joining VIT was it's Student exchange programs not to mention it is an Autonomous Institute which has its own perks and one gets BTech degree rather than BE, one could get Great exposure due to industry tie-ups especially regarding placements, The syllabus is focused on an Interdisciplinary approach, one gets more of the practical knowledge necessary due to its Internship and project based curriculum.
