Placements is overall average in our college... They test our intellectual thinking, problem solving and many others then only provide a good job after it.. Average placement:- 350000 Highest placement:- bishal rana (18LPA) Teachers are also supporting for preparing competitive exams..

The College in which I got addmission is PARALA MAHARAJA ENGINEERING COLLEGE which is partially Autonomous college (Autonomous -college is entitled to operate freely and independently without the interference of any institution or organization.) But the curriculum is totally based under the university which is Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT). For this time the curriculum is not that much good than previous . The curriculum we get having less classes scheduled and basic topics are removed by which it will be quite difficult for us to understand the main and important topics. Here all the faculties are very good . In a semester we have to give 2 internal examination, 2 quiz test , 2 surprise test and lot of assignments and at last one Semester examination. Difficulty level is totally based on the faculties for the internals and University for the semester exams . Previous year question are repeated in a circular manner. In this College semester is completed within 4 months.

Students become eligible for placement in campus after 7th semester placement facilities are offered starting from 1.5 lpa upto 5.5 lpa. Companies like Tata, Divami,.... Attend the recruitment process To avail placements in international companies like Microsoft Google Amazon you have to go to attend the placement carried out at Biju Patnaik University of technology situated in Bhubaneswar. Parala Maharaja engineering college is affiliated to Biju Patnaik University in its course structure Around 30- 40% students of the college get placements annually. Students can also appear for GATE after graduation from b.tech or May appear exams to avail post graduation facility for MTech in the college itself

Highest package on campus 18lpa(cse) Lowest is 3lpa(me,civil engeering) Overally if you maintain a good 7.5 cgpa in 5th and 6th semester. You get eligibility to seat in the placements in campus. Even many nit Ian's and iits come from this collage after b tech.

Placement of the college is decent and what I feel is that this is not because of this is a tr3 city Government College this is because of the capability and the potential of student who is sit in a placement there are many factors which can affect the overall placement of a college. If the past senior students are performing well then the company coming for placement is increases rapidly and the reputation of college is also increases but a due to the some miss communication and lack of emploible students the placement of college is little bit lower

Campus placement is below average. You will get a 4lpa package easily. The highest goes upto 12LPA. You will have to devlop some additional skills. You will have to do internships in order to get a good placement.

from just before 7 semester maximum atee available for campus placements regular visit of Tata it makes soo much better offers Highest package is 6-8 lakh and 12 and 18 lakh in offcampus...lowest is near 2 lakh near 50% Mtech

6th semester students are eligible for campus placement,Amazon, Infosys, vedanta,tata is coming out college and provided best placement,highest payment is 5lakh, and average package is 3lakhs,if students get 7cgpa they are eligible for placement

From 7th semester all students are having above cgpa 7 they are providing tha internship and allowed for the sitting in the placement drive and they are providing a average package of 3 lakh peryear with good placement

The placement of my college is very poor.... Even if mass recruiters comes rarely to our college... But in electrical and mechanical engineering branch companies like adani and tata visits..but placement percentage is very low
