To be eligible for a hostel room the candidates must have been admitted to the SRCC. The final allotments of rooms at SRCC hostels are purely on the merit of the marks obtained in the Qualifying marks.

What are the Cancellation Charges of SRCC?

If the admission of any Students is withdrawn the students must Cancel their hostel admission the students will get a refund amount of INR 5,000 after deduction from the total fees paid by Candidates. However, actual mess expenses, electricity, and water expenses are to be paid by candidates.

Merit & need-based scholarships like [your scholarship name] & financial aid exist to help.
The faculty is completely qualified with a lot of experience and expertise , has really good teaching skills, clears all the doubts and interacts with the students, is gentle and friendly with the students.
Srcc has like the best placement's in the whole of du best companies hishest-35 lpa average -10-12 lpa package i don't really plan to take the placements and go for higher eduaction for mba or data science

Dislikes

The hostel facilities are not great as we thought and its not good as compare to the colleges like iit and iims
Hostel seats are limited. many students have to opt for pgs
Unavailability of lack of hostel facilities is a point of difficulty for me since a major part of my time is spent travelling to and from the college.

The SR review

Likes

The thing that we like about SRCC is that it’s the top university and college in the whole country for commerce
I like the placements and internships in our college as its of high value
The campus life is good and there are many facilities available

Dislikes

I dislike the faculty as it’s not up to the mark
The hostel facilities are not great as we thought and it’s not good as compare to the colleges like IIT and iims
The campus is very small and there are not pretty good brands available on the campus like Starbucks and Domino’s

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is easy as its Bcom honour and the faculty members are pretty decent. I chose this course because it was related with my second priority that is chartered accountancy and the student ratio is good. The qualification of faculty is great but the teaching method is not and the term exams are conducted every four months, but the syllabus is easy and that's why we are able to manage our exams

Basketball Courts - It provides us an amazing experience.
Canteen - Provides hygiene and tasty food for students.
Falculty - Very helpful to students who are in need for the guidence .

Dislikes

Swimming pool management system of the Srcc
Nescafe of the Srcc campus prices their are too overrated
Benches of classroom are very uncomfortable in the exam times .

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did choose this course because i need toh pursue my career in commerce feild only . Falculty are lesser as compared to the amount of students and their is always the shortage of the falculty whenever new batch has taken admission in the college. Exam are easy to pass as you study on regular basis.

I choose Bcom (H) because I want to do something big in corporate world Student faculty ration must be 30:1 Teaching method is quite good. After the Nep process the the difficulty of exams has been increased.

College life - The truth

Likes

I really liked the atmosphere and surroundings.
I really liked various societies such as sports committee
I really liked the library and sports complex

Dislikes

I think some classrooms don't even have fans.
I didnt like the short duration of the exams.
I didnt like the stressful assignment and internals which keep us up all night.

I chose B.Com (Hons.) as I am a commerce student and I really liked doing accounts. The faculties at Delhi University is very good and also very helpful. They are always helpful and also very good in their respective subjects

Life at DU

Likes

Societies : The societies offers a lot of exposure to the students
Hostel: Hostel life is by far the best one can live.
Study : There isnt much study pressure and the exams are also very easy

Dislikes

Mandatory Attendance is something i dont endorse in college
Internal Assesment : The professor will give you marks not upon your work but your attendance percentage and your image in front of him.
NEP : The new policy forces one to study 7 subjects which are totally useless. Subjects like Emotional Intelligence add no value to one's life

Placement Experience:

My first priority after getting the degree is the Placement. I will try my best to get a on campus job since I am eager to have some job experience before I go for my masters. If I am unable to then I will directly go for my masters

Faculties are good and helpfull in every situation.
There is a very vast base if students from north to south .
Campus is very natural and environmental friendly

Dislikes

Cricket should be there i strongly disagree without cricket being a cricket player.
Hostel facility should be upgraded according to modern India and fees they took

Placement Experience:

From 3rd year or we can say from 5th semester students becomes eligibile for placement. Companies like Google , HUL, DB, . Highest package is 35 lakhs and average package is 16 lakhs. Almost 90 percent students getting palced from college by placement cell srcc . My plans for future after graduation is doing MBA FROM REPUTED IIM.

Hostels facilities are top notched and every staff is very much caring.
Teachers are highly qualified and always help students.
Students are very much supportive and helpful.

Dislikes

Campus size is bit small but due to lack of resources it can not be increased more.
Attendance policy is day by day becoming very much strict.

Placement Experience:

Third year students become eligible for college placements. Their are many companies that visit college for placement and make a lots of offers. Highest placement is about 47lakhs pa.and avera6is about 12 lakhs. Almost 90% of students sitting for placement gets it. My plan is to complete my CA after graduation.

Info one needs while getting into SRCC

Likes

There is ac and heaters in all classes. This makes the living very comfortable.
The whole library system is digital and online.
Greenery in north campus. It takes you out of polluted Delhi.

Dislikes

Size of classes are very small compared to students.
Time Table is too hectic. You have to go to classes at 8:30 and you will get free at 4 or 5
Hostel accomodation is too low compared to total number of students.

Placement Experience:

Very good placement ratio. Average package is 1600000. And tge highest is 3800000. From fourth semester, you can apply for placements but you are eligible only after 6th semester. Delloite, Bank of America, Black Stone are some companies which come.

The placement record of the college is very good .
The faculty and the teacher is top notch
Infrastructure is very good as compared to the other colleges.

Dislikes

Hostel facility is not good as the prices
Academic system is not good because it is same as DU.
College and society culture is toxic because of competition.

After the second year means 4 semester college placement cycle is start students is eligible for the placement in 3 year.And about 50 60 companies visit which offer the Students with package of range from the 30 lacs and also 10 20 lacs.
