BESC Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

I choose this course as I wanted to have a graduation in B.Com(Hons) for accounts subject. The teaching faculty in BESC is very well and they are always ready to help their students personally whenever the students require it. The teachers are well educated and provide good logical teaching. However, the semester exams conducted are not very easy to pass. It is more based on practical knowledge and has to study well to get good aggregate overall.

In Semester 3 students become eligible for placements. Lots of companies came up to give job opportunities. The average salary offered is 20 LPA, which gives jobs in reputed companies. There are many opportunities in our college for students can upload their CVs if they are interested. They will contact students. Many reputed companies are there who offer us jobs. Mainly every deserving student gets a job no partiality is done. My plans are event management.

I was always interested in English as a subject. I have grown up reading Enid Blyton and Harry Potter books. The college is the best when it comes to faculty. It has the best faculties in Kolkata. The faculty-student ratio is 1:10. The faculties are a Ph.D. holder and their reaching method is very interesting and will keep you glued in the classroom. There were 2 term exams held in the entire year and it was easy to pass provided you paid attention in the classes.

From the semester 5th the students are eligible for the placements. There were many companies visited like Tcs, Byjus, Bandhan bank, KPMG, and many other companies. The highest position which was offered was a role of bank manager at Bandhan bank.

Campus placement is not that great as there will be companies visiting but there is very little probability that you will be selected. Amazon came on campus, TCS came on campus and many more. But out of hundreds maximum of 2-3 students are taken

Placement is good. Students of 6th Sem are eligible for the placement whereas student of every semester are eligible for an internship We get offers from Wipro, TCS and many more big companies Almost 60% students get placed. I'm planning to pursue MBA after BBA.

College provides many placement opportunities to students. Students have to select the placement as per their choice. A student who is regular and active in college has a higher chance to get placed in good companies. Teachers help students with their interviews and all. Many companies visited in college like HDFC, TCS, ITC, DELOITTE, AXIS BANK, PWC, etc. 80% students get placed in different companies. After getting the degree I have the plan to get a job then admission to an MBA college.

I choose this course because BBA gives a lot of exposure to the corporate world. The faculty-to-student ratio is healthy at almost 1:30. The teachers are all highly educated and they have done PhDs and m.phils. Their teaching methods are easy to understand and they patiently explain all the topics of the syllabus. The semester exams are taken after every 6 months. It is very easy and not at all difficult to score marks because the teachers are very helpful and provide all notes and study materials.

I choose this course because of my interest in accounting and i am aspiring to become a chartered accountant in future. The student ratio in each is huge. There are different sections for each semester. Per section has an average of 80-90 students. The faculty is great. Each and every professor is C.A ( Chartered accountant) or C.S ( Cost accountant) which is very much great for us as we can grasp a good amount of knowledge from them.

I always wanted to do this course so I was admitted. students in every classroom are around 60-70.all the professors are well Ph.D. holders, very experienced professors.They also give class notes and fought clearing sessions. overall very good faculty
