Zakir Husain Evening College Faculty

Yes there is less faculty to student ratio but still the relationship is very good towards them . The commerce department faculty are so good and helpful too. There is lots of exam like internal assessment and they are difficult too

Faculty is good of zakir Hussain delhi college (evening) there is no ragging in the college. The only thing that I hate is how they organise classes it's never according to the time table and mostly the main classes, I like the Nss society it provides great opportunities and I don't like the fashion society here, my 1st sem is over and yeahh gotta say that accounts exam was very difficult.

Faculty-to-Student Ratio * ratio: Approximately 1:15, which allows for personalized attention and support * Approachability: faculty members were generally approachable, encouraging students to ask questions and seek help outsides of class hours. Positive faculty experiences: * Dr. Islam: He teach us Political Theory,known for her polite behaviour with students. His ability to simplify compplex concepts made him a favourite among students. *Dr Shahla Tabassum: She teach us Puublic Administration, a very supportive and brillient teacher, highly respected for her deep knowledge and hand-on approach. she often engaging students in classroom through practices of speech and taught us how to do research on topics. *Dr. Shubhra: She was very dedicated and teach us Comparative Politics through her personalised notes. There are no professor who is going to be dislike by the student all are very good. Exam system-each semester has 4 core subjects and 1 elective, along with assignments.

So during your first year you have 5 subjects 3 main or 2 optional. Same in 2nd year. But in 3rd year you only have to study 4 subjects only and all 4 subjects are main subjects. You will get the previous year papers from college library.

Well the professors of the college was good they always tries to complete the course and syllabus on time and they are doing his or her best but the thing is student was not serious about the classes so, and the infrastructure of the college was ok but the we were upset just because they didn't opened new building yet.

There were enough faculty for the students you got to learn a lot from the teachers the teachers were talk to you in a very polite manner and you can ask anything they will give you advice about your career rather then career they will give life advices which is helpful for you in life teachers were good at all there were exam for every semester which is 75 marks and 20 marks for assignment and 5 marks for attendance these were given by the teachers for assignment and how frequently you attend the class. And the exam are easy to moderate if you once go through the syllabus you can easily pass the exam but you want to score above average then you have to study a bit

Yes some teachers are better than others but also some teachers just neglect their duties. In our last semester we had to appear a paper of which there was a total of only 5 classes of that paper during the whole semester. The teacher was on extended leave. I can't judge their qualification but some teachers do a terrible job in teaching, also I m from the north east and a lecture in hindi medium is very inconvenient for us. Some teachers do realise this but not all

Some of the professors are really good and have good teaching skills .They explain the topics by connecting it with practical life ,and go in depth of every concept. But unfortunately,these types of professors are very few. Most of the professors don't show up in class and have very low key approach towards teaching

The faculty is selected from top notch national leval exam like UGC NET and JRF. Most of the professors are PHD and mostly have knowledge about their subject to be specific. Some teacher have also written books.

The faculty members were really good. Firstly, the faculty to student ratio was good as we only had around 30 students and the classroom had a more intimate vibe where we could express our thoughts and ask any queries we had in our minds.
