From the last semester that is the sixth semester a person becomes eligible for job placement and there are many job fairs that are done in college for the same. Teachers guide us too to interview in certain organizations. Many companies visited the campus, coca-cola, Infosys, etc, and certain NGO organizations too.
My college placements are very good. I think from 4 th semester students become eligible for campus placements. Some of the companies who visited our college include wipro, mission education etc. Highest package 5 lacs and average should be 2 lacs. Approx 30% of students get placement. I thought of doing MCom.
I would say placements are quite good in college as high-profile companies used to come to college before the pandemic, offers were quite good and many internships were offered by the college. I am pursuing my CA so the most idea is to go for CA after getting my degree.
Here is a placement cell in our college whose name is "Wings Placement Cell". The placement of this college is one of the best you could ever find. They regularly invite companies for placement. Top companies like Gillette, TCS, Aperion do carry outplacement drives every year in the college so you can have a chance to be an employee of these companies.
The placement of the college is very good from the 2nd semester you become eligible for campus placement. There are 20-30 companies who visited for the interview and the lowest package is 5-6 lakhs and the maximum package is 25-30 lakhs. There are 80% of the students got their placement in their college time and earn many more from that. I want to go for civil services after my graduation.
No placement as such
But depends on your career orientation as well
You can opt for masters from du or ignou or jmi, any university you'd like to get enrolled in.
And then clear net exam and secure a job for lecturer in a college, du college give preferences to du masters degree students.
I'm pursuing masters in eco from ignou and preparing for UPSC.
Campus placement is not so good about 4/10 students got placements. From 3-semester students become eligible for campus placement there are few companies visited every year companies are not too big but if we do hard work then nobody can stop us from any opportunities.
The placements of the college are just fine. Few companies visit the campus to recruit students from various domains. The college provides good internship opportunities. The average package offered is also very less. Less students get placed with the campus placements
The course it provides. Well I choose the course because in Delhi university only few colleges provide food technology so the main reason to opt for this college is because of this. I choose this college because the distance of college from my is only 30 minutes.
