PGDAV College Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

my plans are of doing masters after this degree from abroad but this college's top placement is 24 lac and its quite impressive and so many well known company have come here and average package is 5 lac and students become eligible after 2 years into the degree

The college placements are decent if not the best ,the college has various companies offering placements as well as internship offers ,from various companies including ey ,the average package for placement is 4 lakhs

The scheduling system of PGDV college is very good and counseling children from time to time is also one of its advantages. Children are surveyed as to which method of studying is the best so that all the children can easily understand all the problems.

The exams are conducted once in 6 months, per semester, the overall curriculum and syllabus is although changed by NEP but students dont come to college to attend classes thats why teachers are also not interested to teach the students.

University of Delhi provides top class experienced faculty, especially department of statistics in pgdav college is renowned and experienced. Curriculum is designed by the university itself and has nothing to do with the college individually. Same goes for the examination, which is held on a university level. More weightage to courses relevant to current scenario would make more sense like spss, sql, practicals etc

Their bcom department their faculty was really good as i think before taking admission . I will suggest that they should provide some new techinque to learn the new topics related to commerce section

I am a commerce background student so i decided to choose this course. The curriculum prepares us for the real world application by providing practical knowledge and skills. In my suggestions they should call some influencer to held some seminar. The main exam held once a semester and teachers take class test for internal marks.

I chose BSC (H) Mathematics, the reason for this was because I love mathematics from my high school. And the course structure that college provided us just structured in a beautiful manner . In first year ,we taught and learn the already known concept of 12th class and the difficulty level just keep increasing thereafter. Tutorial classes were there to clear our doubts . And we got enough time before exams to complete syllabus and its revision. Semester exams were after 5-6 months so that was enough.

The students can sit in placement after 5th semester. But to have higher chances if getting placed you must have cgpa more than 7. Many companies visit the college such as zomato, lenskart, etc. Highest package is approx 23 lakh p.a. and average is 5.6 lakh p.a. According to my knowledge 50 to 60 percent students get placed. After i got my degree i am looking to do mba.

The students become eligible for placement from 5th semester. More than 100 companies visited our campus last year. The highest package being 36 lakh and average being 7 lakh. From The student opting for Placement 80 % get placed from our college. My plan is to do higher studies after degree completion
