PGDAV College Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

I was always interested in commerce so BCom h was a perfect Course considering my special interest in economics I also opted for economics as my age. Not only main core subjects but the college equally focuses on the side subjects also providing various options to choose from with equally amazing faculty

PGDAV is famous for their B com courses like B com program and B com honars, English teachers are good in college,and Sanskrit teacher also ,large no of courses are in college, Everyone enjoys it in college

The placement cells in the Delhi University are very efficient and cooperative for the students. Different companies including startups and MNCs approached by the colleges for placement of students. The packages varies from 360000-2400000 in the Delhi University. The colleges provide preliminary screenings, GD rounds, Mock interviews for nourishing students personality.

There is a placement cell in the pgdav which is full of efficient students and teachers. Only final year students are eligible for the campus placements although 1st and 2nd year can apply for internships. The top companies pitched by college for placement were EY, WIPRO, BDO etc.

Bcom ( hons) ill give it 7 out of 10..., things i dont like is sec vec and ge subjects are added which is completely worthless in this time period students are more focused om there carier than other things introducing these subjects is total waste of time for students and teachers as students than could have more opportunities to find what they wanna choose and do im the future.., which will help the atudents to grow in the particular thing the are interested and can help grow india faster

In 2nd year student can apply for placement. Based upon their own abilities and worth. We can choose internships in 3 and 4 sem and placement in 5th and 6th sem. There come a lots of companies every year more with internship opportunities with stipend on average 15000 For placement, average package in around 7-8lakh. Almost 50% of my seniors were placed in reputed companies and others go for higher education. I want to do mba after this course so I haven't sit for any interview yet. But there was a mock interview series conducted by the placement cell where teachers were there and they told us and corrected us what shouldn't we say and what how to be more presentable.

Overall the course I chose was to only get myself into upsc preparation as the syllabus is aligned with the upsc syllabus and the teachers were good and supportive overall a very good faculty and staff. Exams are ready to pass and are held on time.

1.As we know the couse is very dynamic and i am aspiring to bacome civil servants. 2.)5:100 3)All faculty having docrate degree in the political science field and their teaching methods are fantastic. 4)All things were done at right time.there was slightly hard to pass the exam .

I chose this course because I have a liking for programming There are 20 students in my class After every 6 months there are semester exams with medium difficulty The syllabus is most of same as what you have studied in class 11 and 12

The principal of our college is very stingy. She never organised fest in our college. As about the faculty they r average. Not that highly educated. Some of them got attitude but still most of them are good in nature
