Mathematics department is great. teaching style of our teachers are so helpful.
I also get the inspire scholarship and swami vivekananda merit cum scholarship.
Our college campus is so well,and well decorated by many flower and other things.there are a beautiful garden that delight us.in our midnapore college libary there are seventeen five plus books in libary.

Dislikes

Surroundings area was not so good. Some Students are very bad

Midnapore College (Autonomous) - at a glance

Likes

Library facilities are awesome including reading room and digital library.
Place management for bikes and cycle in cycle stand by guard is very impressive.
Decoration of conference hall is also nice.

Dislikes

Lab condition for some department is poor
Lift facilities available only for teachers
More teachers are needed for departments.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose Computer science to gain It sectors experience, but in this course we have to clear some papers that never been used in our future. Also improvement of computer lab is highly preferable for this course

Likes

I liked the college but not like the department.
I liked the unity of the student and their self study skill
I liked some particular teacher in my class.

Dislikes

Improve the department computers. Which are not work.
Teachers are not maintain time. So that student are suffer
the placement is not done in our college.

Know your students. The first step to making my curriculum meaningful is to know well. ... I choose this course because i need job. And today's world computer science is very useful in daily life. We can do everything using computer. Teachers are not came in proper time. And weast our time.

The college and the environment an library
Placement facility offer by the college campus

Dislikes

Lab computer is not working properly.....
We need to carry our own laptop in the lab to attend the practical class
Teacher are not interested to teach something new. They only give the assignment of many pages timely

Placement Experience:

The college offer placement for the students. But only some students are selected and get the offer latter for the job. If you believe that you are a hardworking student then placement is not a excuse for you. If you work hard then you will got job offer in to the college campus

Review of Midnapore college

Likes

College Campus is Good, infrastructure is good.
Chemistry, Physics, Math, Bca depth are so good. Library is good
Social interactions is good. sports, Cultural festival are good organized.

Dislikes

On campus placement is decent. Only few BCA students(10-15) get job in on campus placement, and other dept very poor condition.
Few teachers are not good, not friendly
Lab quality is not good, Lab quality are backdated

Course Curriculum Overview:

In Bsc Computer Sc course is good for only get a hons degree. In this course ,faculty are decent. if you want to know Industry level knowledge or skill devlopment then don't expect to college faculty are teaching this, Self study is only path to knowledge improve . If you not study any skill,then you got a lot of problem face to get a job .

Teacher should have to pay attention for each and every student not making perciality

The college campus is surrounded by trees.
There has sufficient water supply and the water is purified.
College campus is clean , healthy and large.

Dislikes

The facility of office for the students is bad
Teachers are not so much cooperative and attentive to students.
The college has no placement facility for students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose the subject because of the present demand of English language of this modern society. All over departmental activities are more or less good enough but the teachers are not close to all the students to hear their all problems.

THE PROS AND CONS OF MY COLLEGE.

Likes

Regular classes are provided and the study materials are easy to understand
The campus size is good and the ambiance is nice it has good amount of greenery around.

Dislikes

Travelling to college as i stay 1 hour away from college.
Language barrier very less people understand English.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The way it intrigues my knowledge about our society and the factors behind it . The course gives us good amount if insights towards the real world and how it functions and how it became the society it is now.

Likes

I like the college environment.Neat and clean college campus and facilities are good enough. Colege infrastructure and clasroom is very good.
Hostel facility is there and food quality is good
Lab facility is better than other colleges nearby.

Dislikes

Organic teachers are not so student friendly
Autonomous college so the exam is hard you need to study hard
There is no college function. So the campus life is quite boaring

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose the course because there is more job opportunity than other bsc degree. There is a exam called Iit jam so this course structure is set focusing this exam. Teachers are well. Organic exam is very difficult here so you need to study organic more. Exam held two times in a year. Before main exam there is two internal exams one held in offline mode and one is online mode.

I like my college library.this is a very pleasant place .there is a lot of books in the library.when i feel bore i just want to go in this place.
My college campus is too much beautiful. There are various types of trees in this campus.water supply is also good.there are 10 buildings in our campus.
I like our teachers the most .they are too much helpful to us. They help us in every way every time.

Dislikes

I don't like our bathrooms .we need more neat and clean bathrooms.
I don't like our lab assistant .he is rude behaved to us.need a well behaved person
I don't like our canteen food.foods should be more healthy and tasteful.

I choose microbiology. It is a progressive subject .from this subject i can know everything about microbes ,origin of earth ,life etc.there is a lot of opportunities in this subject .after completing my study i can do phd or other valuable jobs.

The college campus is medium but very beautiful .one of the oldest college in West Bengal. Also one of the top
Faculties are well qualified, and they are very supportive to us . Also seniors are good
Quality of education is good . Also our classrooms & labs are good

Dislikes

There are no internship opportunities in our college.
Batch size is small in our department. Number of teachers are few.

Placement Experience:

From 5th or 6th semester . They are eligible for placements TCS ,EY , Deloitte,capigemini , Wipro ,ibm,oracle ,jio ,ICICI Bank or some others visited on campus but generally BCA & computer science students goes for placements. Median package 2.5 lpa . highest package 8 lakhs 50% students are placed . After getting degree for this i will go for higher studies in finance.then I will prepared for RBI -DSIM exams for Central banker .

Likes

In this college the placement cell is active. They provide placement regularly
There is an amazing college campus. A good atmosphere for study and extracurricular growth.
Faculty members are very good and humble.

Dislikes

Things i dislike the most is the class timings.

Placement cell is so much active. And placement cell provide regular opportunities. placement officer provide actual guidance . From startup like sentientgeeks to mnc like Accenture come here to take candidates.
