Course Curriculum Overview:
When I was in 12th, I had a teacher who was a food technologist before he wore the role of a teacher. Hearing his experiences had pulled me more to this field and I want to study in the most prestigious university. That's why I choose Delhi university as I hail from the Kollam district in Kerala.
Only 50 students were there for our course. For practicals, Overall strength is divided into two groups. The faculty is very impressive as they are always available for students. They'll upgrade students and make them perfect for the food industry.
Teachers are highly qualified as all of them had a doctorate degree in the respective subjects and they're very experienced. They always guide us for new product development and innovative thinking. Theoretical sessions are normal classes and they refer to some of the good books.
You can get those books from the library.
You'll have internals two times in a sem.
Also, they conduct final exams at the end of each sem without any delay (even at covid times)
