The Indian Culinary Institution is an autonomous institution under Ministry of Tourism. My overall experience with the college was really satisfying. The institution took good care of all our necessities and faculty members were extremely supportive.

My college offers three different degree courses like post graduate diploma, certificate craft course, and catering technology which has a skilled group of faculty to teach and give us valuable knowledge for different cuisine and section of the kitchen.One good thing about the college is that it also offers guest lecturers which are quite friendly and provide us with good quality training and management skills.

Our college provide great managerial inputs for food costing and kitchen management. this course is aimed to produce professional chefs to cater the allied and hotel services.One of the things that I like during practicals is that the food handling , standards of food and hygiene are taken care of. ICI Noida has collaboration with the Indira Gandhi National Tribal University in order to refine the skill level. I will highly recommend you to join this institution if you have interest culinary art.

I always had an interest in baking and I found my match in Indian Culinary Institute which is why I opted for the one and a half year diploma course of bakery and confectionery. I got in through an entrance test which was moderately hard but I was able to go through it with a clear mind and confidence.

The college had a great impact on my future and I am what I am currently because of the time that I spent with the faculties and my fellow mates. It was a good experience and I miss being a part of the college.

I have had a great experience in ICI. Being a master? student I wanted an institution where I can directly focus on my career without any careless attitude. This place offers such dedicated environment where you can study and shine at the same time.

Overall ICI is an interesting college for enthusiasts like me. Along with industry employment, ICI also encourages entrepreneurial skills in its students. They have guided me personally to start my own bakery.

Admission is offered on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination and score in Christ University Entrance Test. The eligibility criteria for the programme is 10+2 in any stream from any recognized board.

This is indeed a very good college. This college provided ample number of opportunities for the students to excel like training with the professionals, interacting with them and they work tremendously on calling of more companies for on-campus interviews.
