VIPS Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

On talking about the placements, our college is new for the course of Btech and that is why no placement records are available. But it is expected to have good placement as the company tie-ups with this college are good. Btech and other courses got good placement records of max14 to 15 lacs

Faculties are good, and semester-wise examination and infrastructure are what people crave, full AC, spacious rooms, and clean washrooms. Although there is no playground or gym facility, still the garden space is sufficient to hang out.

Students are placed at WNE, ZIGRAM, Taylor, and Francis, and a lot of offers are made since now the average package offered is 2.5 lakhs to 3 lakhs, and the highest package offered is 4 lakhs around 10-15 percent of students get placed each year I plan to do my master's in economics

90% of students got placed on campus, and others may go for their master's or MBA. The average package offered is 5 lakhs per annum. Many companies visit our campus, like Oracle, ICIC bank, HDFC bank, and many other reputed companies. You can expect 5 LPA for nontech and 7 LPA for tech roles. When I will get the degree I will go abroad for higher studies.

Speaking the truth, if one is considering placement in law courses here on this campus then it's not the right place. Indeed there are placements here too but not as per the expectations rather students do well in off-campus placements than going for on-campus placements. With an average placement of 3-4 lacs here on this campus if you still are inclined towards the same.

At VIPS there are great opportunities for placements. Here Students ( BCA ) get eligible for placements in the third year ( 5th semester). some of the company's visits at VIPS are Deloitte, Wipro, Infosys, SAP labs etc.

students from the 5th semester can apply for placements but students from all semesters can apply for internships. the highest package was around 6lakhs p.a and avg were somewhere around 3. My plan was to get into a good company and get experience in the field as a whole.

Faculty members were very good in my course because they were very much involved with students to let them learn and also helps to make us better. I did choose this course because I'm an extrovert type of guy and was interested in this field because I love media and how it works. Faculty to student ratio was 10:1 per semester. Some faculty was phd and some were PG and their methods were more of giving practical knowledge rather than Theoritcaly. Exams were very much timed and the difficulty was easy to moderate.

Placement opportunities are quite good here. Various big companies visit for campus placements. As for the tech field, I know WIPRO, TCS, Infosys, etc visit our college. Several students get placed very well. The average package of our college is around 4 lakh per annum.

After the 4th semester the students get eligible for placement programs, there are good companies that come to the college for recruitment and they also offer a good package, by the end of 5th-semester students get placed and they can join after completing the 6th semester
