The term exams are held timely and the portion is completed much before which gives enough time to revise. It is not difficult to pass exams as the question paper is basic of you go through the syllabus thoroughly.

Students in the final year are eligible for placements. Companies like Deloitte, Wipro, and many other big companies come to hire students. Students get good placements. The packages vary from 3 lakhs to 6 lakhs approx. Around 40 percent of students get placed. I am also looking for a placement opportunity.

During the 3rd year of the college we can sit for placements compabies like delloite ey kpmg have come to the college i have seen my friend get a package of 8 lakhs per year as a data analyst . 40 percent of the students have got the placement during my time . I chose History because I love digging up the past! No, I am kidding. I chose it because I love knowing about the past especially of our country. I strongly believe in the quote, "People who do not learn about their past are doomed to repeat it. And the best way to learn from your past is to study it. I am fond of History right from my school days. That is why I opted for History. The History department or faculty is fairly good. Some teachers are excellent, others are below-average. Most of them have completed their post-graduation in History with one or another specialization. In college, the teachers mirror the enthusiasm and zeal for studies. So if you show interest, they will be more than happy to help you. Otherwise, they will be passive. You need to study the previous year's question patterns and predict the questions accordingly. The teachers of the departments and seniors will also help you.

I have not any idea about placement, but one thing I can say there are ample internship opportunities in our college which are work from home type. So one can get the placement after 5th semester exams I think.

As a student of BA honours we do not get any direct placement but yes we have alot opportunities of for internships and all. The placement to the college is around 94% the average salary is around for freshers 1.5 LPA highest salary is 4 LPA. Pursuing MA political science.

I am not aware of that because our department students did not get placement. Placement is not provided to students of zoology, botany or life sciences. Placements were provided to students of commerce backgrounds.

During the 3rd year, the student is eligible for campus placements but my course is BSC Zoology Hons. So after completing graduation, I will go for master's in zoology and after that, we are eligible for the NET JRF exam which after clearing I got a stipend for my Ph.D.

The highest package offered till now is 1500000 and lowest package offered is approx 200000. Almost 70% students get placed every year. After getting the degree I am planning to pursue chartered accountancy course as it is my life goal.
