AIIMS Jodhpur Documents Required 2025

The appointment will be further subject to verification of the following original documents, Identity Proof (PAN Card, Passport, Driving License, Voter Card, Aadhar Card, etc.) and Address Proof.

• Certificate showing Date of Birth (10th Certificate/ Birth Certificate).
• Four recent passport-size photographs and a Copy of Bank Passbook and PAN card.
• Class 10th & 12th Marksheets & certificates and MBBS/MD/MS/MDS/DNB/PhD. Marksheets & Certificates.
• Attempt certificate and Internship certificate.
• Registration with the Medical Council of India or State Medical Council.
• Experience Certificate (If have one).
• FMGE certificate conducted by NBE (For foreign graduates).
• No Objection Certificate in Case of Govt. / Semi. Govt., PSU Employee.
