OUAT UG 2026 Registration Open Till May 11

The Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology (OUAT) has opened the registration portal for OUAT UG 2026 undergraduate admission. Eligible candidates can fill out the OUAT 2026 application form through the official website ouat-lokaseba-odisha.in by May 11, 2026. The entrance examination will be conducted from June 9 to 11, 2026, in computer-based test (CBT) mode across the state.

OUAT 2026 is a state-level entrance examination conducted for admission to undergraduate programmes in agricultural sciences and allied fields. Candidates who have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics or an agro-polytechnic diploma are eligible to apply. The minimum aggregate marks required are 50% for general and OBC candidates, and 40% for SC, ST, and PwD candidates.

The application fee is INR 2,000, payable online through credit card, debit card, internet banking, or UPI. The fee payment window closes on May 12, 2026. OUAT offers courses including BSc (Hons) Agriculture, BSc (Hons) Forestry, BSc (Hons) Horticulture, BVSc and AH, BTech (Agril Engg), BFSc, and BSc (Hons) Community Science.

Candidates applying for OUAT UG 2026 must have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from a recognised board. Agro-polytechnic diploma holders are also eligible. Applicants must be permanent residents of Odisha and should have passed Class 10 with Odia as a Modern Indian Language (MIL). To apply, candidates need to visit the official website, complete the application form, upload required documents, and pay the application fee of ₹2,000 online.

The entrance exam will be conducted in computer-based test (CBT) mode from June 9 to 11, 2026 at various centres across Odisha. The paper will include subjects based on the qualifying examination such as Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology. Candidates are advised to check the official prospectus for detailed syllabus and exam pattern.

Applicants must carefully verify all details before submission, as the application form can be edited only till May 11, 2026. After this deadline, no corrections will be allowed. Candidates should also keep a printout of the confirmation page and carry a valid photo ID on the exam day.
