Aspirants Urge NTA, UGC Chief to Reopen CUET UG Application Correction Window One Last Time: Read More Here

New Delhi: NTA closed the application window for CUET UG 2023 Registration on April 11, 2023. However, many aspirants are now requesting the NTA and UGC Chief M Jagadesh Kumar to reopen the application form correction window of CUET UG at least one more time. 

Some students claimed that they need to make corrections to the details submitted in CUET UG 2023 Application form. While others shared that they need to add more subjects as there wasn’t enough time to make changes earlier. 

Keeping the demand of students in front of NTA, Social Activist Pradeep Rawat said, "NTA did open the registration and correction window but some students could not take benefit from it because they were preparing for JEE Mains and the window was open only for two days".

"Also, some students want to rectify their forms. Hence, I request NTA to provide a final opportunity to the students", he added. Students shared that if NTA opens the correction window, they will be able to make necessary changes one last time and rectify any inadvertent errors. 

Earlier, NTA has re-opened the registration window for CUET UG 2023 to ensure more candidates can register successfully for the entrance exam. The form was open for those who were unable to fill out their registration earlier and wanted to apply as fresh candidates for the entrance exam.

Once again, candidates are requesting the testing agency and UGC Chief to consider opening the CUET UG Application correction window one last time so that they can make necessary changes and rectify any inadvertent errors. 

Taking to Twitter, an aspirant wrote, “Please it’s a humble request @DG_NTA @mamidala90, Sir, please reopen the correction window of CUET UG Because my form was not filled properly. And I am not aware about the last correction window. #CUETUG2023.”

Another candidate tweeted, “Sir, CUET UG was reopened for a very short interval of time. Those students who are preparing for any competitive Exam like JEE Mains were not aware of the reopening of the registration portal of CUET UG because JEE Main is from April 06 to April 15, 2023”.

Candidates must note that the National Testing Agency (NTA), the conducting authority of CUET UG 2023 has not issued any official notice regarding this matter so far. Any updates for the same will be shared only on the official website of CUET UG 2023 at cuet.samarth.ac.in.
