The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Assam has released the revised schedule for NEET PG Round 3 counselling for the 2025 academic session. The decision comes after the National Board of Examinations (NBE) revised the NEET PG 2025 cutoff scores.

The counselling, earlier postponed, will now be conducted online for admission to vacant postgraduate seats in government medical colleges of Assam and B.B.C.I., Guwahati under the Assam State Quota. Eligible candidates can check dates, registration details, and reporting timelines below.

Who Can Participate in Assam NEET PG 2025 Round 3 Counselling?

Candidates who:

Appeared in NEET PG 2025 conducted by NBE, New Delhi
Meet the revised cutoff score as per NBE notification dated January 13, 2026
Have their name and roll number in the Assam state provisional merit list
are eligible to take part in Round 3 counselling.

Candidates who are provisionally selected must report to their allotted medical college within the given dates for document verification and admission. Documents required at reporting:

NEET PG 2025 scorecard
State provisional merit list proof
MBBS degree and mark sheets
Internship completion certificate
Category certificate (if applicable)
Photo identity proof
