BCI to Release AIBE XVII Result 2023 on April 27 or 28; Check Details Here

New Delhi: The Bar Council of India (BCI) is going to release the AIBE XVII for 2023 on April 27 or April 28. Law aspirants who attended the AIBE XVII examination held on 05 February, 2023 can access the IIM Bodhgaya on the official website, allindiabarexamination.com.

According to sources, "AIBE XVII will be announced by BCI this month. the AIBE XVII Results are anticipated to be released tomorrow or the following day." 

The AIBE XVII result 2023, earlier planned to be announced on February 20, were stalled. The council quickly released the solution key after the law entrance test and later took the link down from the website. 

The AIBE helpline updated us that the AIBE XVII result will be released by the March end or the beginning of April, despite the lack of official notification.

After numerous delays, a lawyer petitioned the Supreme Court, claiming that "BCI is endangering the Petitioner's liberty to practise as an Attorney and impacting her career." according to the Live Law. The AIBE XVII updated final answer key 2023 was published by the Bar Council nearly two and a half months later.

For the purpose of practising law in an Indian court, individuals who have cleared the AIBE XVII examination in 2023 will receive a Certificate of Practice (COP). As a pair of the 100 questions on the law school admissions test were eliminated, a total of 98 questions will be used to calculate the scores. 

In accordance with the AIBE XVII cut-off 2023, applicants in the general category will need an overall score of 40%, while those in the Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) categories will need a score of 35%.

Approximately 1,71,402 of these candidates elected to take the AIBE 2023 Examination. The Bar Council of India will issue a Certificate of Practice (CoP) to applicants who clear the bar examination. With this certification, applicants can practise law in India.
