Bihar NEET PG 2025 Stray Round Counselling Started; Check Complete Schedule Here

The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has started the Stray Vacancy Round counselling for PGMAC-2025 for MD, MS, PGD, and DNB courses in Bihar medical colleges.

The process is being conducted online for eligible NEET (PG)-2025 qualified candidates who are not admitted anywhere in India. The board released this notice on February 22, 2026, and candidates must complete registration and choice filling within the given deadline.

Seat Matrix And Registration Schedule

The seat matrix for vacant seats after Round-3 counselling will be published online. Candidates must carefully check the updated seat matrix before filling choices.

The board has clearly stated that if more seats become vacant, the seat matrix will be updated again on the official website.

How Will The Stray Vacancy Counselling Be Conducted?

The Stray Vacancy Round will be conducted completely online. Admission will be granted based on:

• Rank of PGMAC-2025
• Merit prepared from NEET (PG)-2025 score
• Availability of vacant seats in Government and Private Medical Colleges of Bihar

Candidates must read the official PDF for complete eligibility rules, fee payment process, and detailed instructions.

After seat allotment in the stray round, candidates must report to the allotted college within the given timeframe. The final schedule will be announced separately by the board.
