Bihar NEET PG 2025 round 3 counselling dates revised; registration, choice filling open February 6–9 online.

The Bihar government has announced the revised schedule for NEET PG 2025 Round 3 counselling for MD, MS, PG Diploma and DNB admissions. The process will be conducted online by the BCECE Board for seats in government and private medical colleges across the state.
Eligible candidates who missed earlier rounds or want an upgrade can apply. Registration, consent and choice filling will begin on February 6, 2026, while seat allotment and document verification will follow later this month.

The round 3 counselling is open for candidates who did not apply earlier, those who registered but failed to complete the application or fee payment, and aspirants seeking upgradation or fresh consent.
Additionally, students who have now become eligible after the reduction in NEET PG qualifying percentile can also participate. Admissions will be granted to MD, MS, PG Diploma (PGD) and DNB courses across government and private medical colleges of Bihar under the counselling process.

As per the revised criteria, the qualifying percentile has been lowered, which increases the chances of selection for many candidates. The new cut-off stands at 7th percentile and above for General/EWS, 5th percentile for UR-PwBD, and 0th percentile for SC/ST/OBC (including PwBD) categories, allowing a wider pool of students to compete for available seats.
For participation, candidates must pay a non-refundable counselling/registration fee of ₹2,200. Along with this, a refundable security deposit is mandatory -₹25,000 for UR/EWS and ₹12,500 for SC/ST/BC/EBC in government colleges, while ₹2,00,000 for all categories choosing private colleges.
Payments can be made online through Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking or UPI.

How to Apply For Round 3 Online?
The counselling process will be fully online and includes:
- Registration using NEET PG roll number + OTP
- Fill personal, contact and educational details
- Upload photo, signature and documents
- Pay counselling fee + security deposit
- Choice filling and locking
