New Delhi: As per the latest updates, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the CBSE Class 10th Result 2023 on May 12, 2023. Students can check their result status on the official website at cbse.gov.in, results.nic.in and results.digilocker.gov.in.
To download the CBSE Class 10th Result 2023, students have to enter their Roll Number, School Number, Date of Birth and Admit Card ID on the Class X Result 2023 login page. The details required are mentioned on the CBSE Class 10th Admit Card 2023 for all students.
Following the CBSE Class 10th Exam Dates 2023, the board examination was conducted from February 15 to March 21, 2023 for all registered students. To clear the CBSE Class 10th Exam 2023, candidates need to have at least 33% in each subject as well as in aggregate.

CBSE Class 10th Result 2023: Region Wise Pass Percentage
For this year, the overall pass percentage of class 10th students is 93.12%. The highest pass percentage is from Trivandrum region (99.91%), followed by Bengaluru (99.18%), Chennai (99.14%) and Ajmer (97.27%). Check the region-wise pass percentage in the table below!

CBSE 10th Result 2023: Passing Marks, Marking Scheme
The CBSE Class 10th theory exam includes questions worth 80 marks and the practical exam and internal assessment cover the remaining 20 marks. To clear the CBSE Class 10th Exam 2023, students are required to meet the below passing marks criteria:
- Students must secure at least 33% marks in each subject as well as in aggregate to pass the exam.
- The marks will be calculated on the basis of marks secured in both written and practical exams or assessments.
- Those who failed the exam can appear for CBSE Class 10th Compartment Exam 2023.
Students who are not satisfied with their marks secured in CBSE Class 10th Exam 2023 can submit their applications for revaluation of their answer sheets by paying the required application fee. The direct link for the same will be available soon on the exam website.
The exam board has also declared CBSE Class 12th Result 2023 on the official website at cbseresults.nic.in on May 12, 2023. Candidates who appeared for class 12th exams from February 15 to April 0, 2023 can check their results by entering their details on the result page.
