The Chhattisgarh NEET PG 2025 Round 2 seat allotment result has been released for candidates seeking MD, MS and PG Diploma admissions in the state. The result was announced by the Directorate of Medical Education, which conducts the state counselling process.

Candidates who have been allotted seats in Round 2 counselling must report physically to their respective medical colleges between January 8 and January 13, 2025. Failure to report within the given dates may lead to cancellation of the allotted seat and exclusion from further rounds, as per counselling rules.
How Many Seats are Being Filled Through Chhattisgarh NEET PG 2025?
The Chhattisgarh NEET PG 2025 counselling process is being conducted to fill a total of 499 PG medical seats. These include MD, MS and PG Diploma seats offered by both government and private medical colleges across the state.
Chhattisgarh NEET PG 2025 Cut-Off Details
The category-wise qualifying percentile and cut-off scores are given below:
- General / EWS: 50th percentile – 276 marks
- General PwBD: 45th percentile – 255 marks
- SC / ST / OBC (including PwBD): 40th percentile – 235 marks
Candidates must meet the applicable cut-off to remain eligible for admission.

What Documents are Required at the Time of Reporting?
Candidates allotted seats must carry original documents along with two sets of photocopies at the reporting centre. The required documents include:
- NEET PG 2025 hall ticket
- NEET PG score card
- MBBS/BDS mark sheets of all years
- Internship completion certificate
- MCI/DCI registration certificate
- Valid address proof
- Category certificate (SC/ST/PwD/EWS), if applicable
- Three passport-size photographs
- Photo ID proof (Aadhaar/PAN/Driving Licence, etc.)
- Medical fitness certificate
After completing reporting and document verification, candidates must complete the admission formalities at the allotted college. Any further updates related to subsequent counselling rounds or seat vacancy positions will be announced on the official counselling portal in due course.
