DDE Kashmir University has opened applications for Diploma/Certificate programmes offered through the Centre for Distance and Online Education, University of Kashmir, for the academic session January 2026 & academic year 2025. Interested candidates can apply online through the official website ddeku.edu.in by January 23, 2026.

DDE Kashmir University Important Dates 2026

The Diploma & Certificate courses are offered in 13 different specialisations: Diploma in Computer Applications, Web Designing, Cyber Law, Consumer Law and Practice, Tourism Management, Business Administration, Business Entrepreneurship, Home Science, Urdu Journalism, Kashmiri Language & Literature, Pre-Primary Teachers Training, and a certificate course in Kamshiri.

As per the official notification, Admission to the Diploma & Certificate courses is strictly based on the Academic Merit of the qualifying examinations. However, admissions shall be governed by the Admission Policy and relevant Statutes of the University of Kashmir

How to Apply to DDE Kashmir University

1. Interested candidates have to visit the official website kashmiruniversity.net or kashmiruniversity.ac.in and click on the admissions bar.
2. Candidates must register themselves to receive a username and password for future reference.
3. As a next step, candidates have to upload their details and required documents.
4. Proceed with the application fee of INR 550. The applicant is required to make sure that "Application Status" on the application form is “Fee Received” after 3 days to avoid cancellation of the application.
