DMCH Ludhiana has announced the schedule for the physical reporting of candidates selected in the third round of counseling for PG Medical courses. The reporting will take place from February 27 to 28, 2025, between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM at the Administrative Block, DMCH Campus.

DMCH Ludhiana PG Medical Admission 2025: Documents Required

Candidates must bring the following original documents along with self-attested copies for document verification during physical reporting:

Allotment Letter issued by Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS).
NEET PG 2024 Admit Card & NEET PG 2024 Rank Card.
MBBS Degree Certificate issued by a recognized medical university.
MBBS Mark Sheets (for all professional years).
Internship Completion Certificate (must be completed by March 31, 2024).
Permanent/Provisional Registration Certificate from NMC/MCI/State Medical Council.
Caste/Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS), if applicable (as per government norms).
Domicile Certificate (if applicable).
Migration Certificate (for candidates from other universities).
Character Certificate issued by the last attended institution.
Identity Proof (Aadhar Card/Passport/Voter ID/Driving License).
Passport-size Photographs (at least 4-6 copies).
Medical Fitness Certificate issued by a registered medical practitioner.
Bond/Agreement (if required) as per institute regulations.
Fee Payment Receipt or Demand Draft (as per the college's fee structure).
