The GATE Cut off 2025 has been released on the official website. You can now check the qualifying GATE Cut Off Marks.

The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee has released the GATE 2025 cut-off. The category-wise GATE cut-off, along with the number of candidates who registered and appeared for the exams, is available on the official website, gate2025.iitr.ac.in.

The GATE cut-off 2025 has decreased for electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, biotechnology, and physics papers. However, GATE cut-off marks 2025 have gone up for mechanical engineering and life sciences subjects. You can check the GATE Cut off below or directly from the official link.

You can download the GATE scorecard from March 28 and May 31, 2025, through the official websites gate2025.iitr.ac.in and goaps.iitr.ac.in. The result can be accessed using login credentials to the portal.

How many Students applied for GATE 2025?

Every year, almost 8-10 lakh students take the GATE exam. The GATE 2025 statistics are:

  • A total of 9,36,019 candidates applied for the GATE 2025, while 7,47,319 took the exam.
  • The computer science and information technology paper saw the maximum number of registrations, 2,07,851 and 1,70,825 taking the test.

GATE 2025 result was declared on March 19. Rahul Kumar Singh topped the CSE exam with 100 marks.
