Haryana NEET UG 2025 Special Stray Round Allotment List

Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences (UHSR), Rohtak, has released the Special Stray Round allotment list for NEET UG 2025 for admission to MBBS and BDS courses in Haryana. The counselling is being conducted for the 2025–26 academic session for seats in Government, Government Aided, and Private Medical and Dental Colleges, including private universities such as SGT University, Maharishi Markandeshwar University, and Al-Falah University.

The Haryana NEET UG 2025 Special Stray Round counselling covers MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery) and BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) courses. Admissions will be offered to eligible candidates for these undergraduate medical and dental programs in Government, Government Aided, and Private Medical and Dental Colleges, including private and minority universities in Haryana, for the academic session 2025–26.

Haryana NEET UG 2025 Special Stray Round Allotment List Eligibility & Fee Details

Candidates already allotted seats in earlier rounds or those who have joined any MBBS/BDS seat through All India or State counselling are not eligible.

Security deposit details:

₹10,000 for Government/Government Aided seats
₹5,000 for reserved categories (SC/SCD/BCA/BCB/EWS/PWBD of Haryana)
₹1,00,000 for opting for Private/Management quota seats

The security amount will be adjusted in the first-year tuition fee if the candidate joins. Non-joining after allotment will lead to forfeiture.

The Special Stray Round combines multiple counselling rounds into a single final round, making it a crucial phase in the admission process. It includes seats from Government, Private, and Minority Universities across Haryana and is considered one of the last opportunities for MBBS and BDS admission for the 2025–26 academic session.

Special Stray Rounds witness lower competition but faster seat filling, especially in private and management quota seats. Candidates with mid-to-lower NEET UG ranks still stand a realistic chance, provided they complete registration and fee payment on time.
