New Delhi: According to the official website, the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has declared the results of the Professional Program and Executive Program of their Company Secretary (CS) exams on February 25, 2024.

The ICSI CS Results 2024 is available to download from February 25 onwards on the official ICSI website results along with every subject’s break-up marks. The next CS Executive and Professional Examinations will be held from June 1, 2024 to June 10, 2024. The exam form for the same will be available from February 26, 2024.

Steps to Download ICSI CS Result 2024
Step 1: Visit the official website of ICSI at icsi.edu.
Step 2: Click on the CS Professional exam result link or the CS Executive exam result link.
Step 3: Log in using your registration number and click on submit.
Step 4: View and download the mark sheet for future reference.
Step 5: After the results are made available online, a hard copy of the results will also be sent to the registered addresses of all those who appeared for it.
Important Note: If the ICSI CS Result 2024 does not reach you within 30 days, you can reach out to exam@icsi.edu and resolve the issue.
What is the Difference Between ICSI Professional and Executive CS?
The CS Executive program and the CS Professional program are both different levels of the process of becoming a full-fledged Company Secretary (CS). The CS Executive course comes after the CS Foundational course and lasts for 9 months.
To gain admission into the CS Executive course, you will need to take the CS Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) exam. For this year, the ICSI CS entrance exam will take place from June 1, 2024 to June 10, 2024.
The CS Professional program is the final level one needs to clear to become a Company Secretary. The course lasts for 15 months and consists of advanced subjects such as Governance, Advanced Tax Laws, Drafting, etc.

Ans. You can get the results by logging onto the official ICSI website at icsi.edu. You will need to use your registration number to log in to your candidate portal.
Ques. What are the eligibility criteria for admission to the CS Executive Program?
Ans. You are eligible for the CS Executive program if you have passed the foundation program or have a Bachelor’s Degree in any subject except Fine Arts.
