IIM Bangalore, IIM Ahmedabad and ISB Jointly Organise India Strategy Conference 2023

New Delhi: IIM Bangalore, IIM Ahmedabad, and ISB Hyderabad have joined hands to jointly organise the India Strategy Conference 2023 (ISC 2023) with the Confederation of Indian Industry Chief Strategy Officers' Forum (CII CSO Forum) from December 14, 2023. The conference will come to an end on December 17 at the IIM Bangalore campus.

Professor Rejie George Pallathitta, Strategy Area from IIM Bangalore; Professor Prateek Raj, Strategy Area from IIM Bangalore; Professor Amit Karna from IIM Ahmedabad, and Professor Chitra Singla from IIM Ahmedabad are the co-chairs of the India Strategy Conference 2023.

The India Strategy Conference brings together academia and industry leaders to discuss the strategic opportunities and challenges of the 21st century. The conference began on December 14, 2023, with formative conversations and workshops dedicated to nurturing the future of strategy scholarship.

India Strategy Conference 2023 Highlights

On Day 2, the Industry leaders under the CII CSO (Confederation of Indian Industry’s Chief Strategy Officers) Forum shared their insights on shaping strategies in a disruptive world. The key themes were Turbocharging Technology and Digital Disruption, Embracing Sustainability and Capitalizing on Global Opportunities.

Over 150 presentations will be presented on December 16 and December 17, 2023. They will cover topics such as Technology, Innovation and Digital Transformation, ESG and Non-Market Strategy, Business and Corporate Strategy, Internationalization and Global Strategy, Family Business and Entrepreneurship, and Leadership and Human Capital.

Professor Prateek Raj of IIM Bangalore said, “IIMB is organizing the maiden India Strategy Conference on its golden jubilee, jointly with IIMA, ISB and CII. With the participation of prominent academics, industry leaders and established and budding scholars from around the world, showcasing over 150 research papers, the conference has already established itself as a prominent event of the annual calendar in the Indian management community”.
