IIM Bangalore to Organise Conference on ‘Building and Scaling Organizations in Digital Transformation’ on April 29

New Delhi: The Office of Executive Education Programs at IIM Bangalore is preparing to organise the non-residential and invitee-only conference titled, ‘Building and Scaling Organizations in Digital Transformation’ on the campus ground on April 29, 2023.

As per IIM Bangalore, the conference will be held from 9 AM to 5 PM for industry experts in the presence of experienced faculty members. The conference will cover sessions on innovation, changing landscape, strategy, growth, culture and value creation among other topics.

Informing about the event, the official website reads, "The welcome address will be delivered by Prof. Padmini Srinivasan, Chairperson of Executive Education Programs and Centre for Corporate Governance & Sustainability, and faculty from the Finance & Accounting area of IIM Bangalore, and S Parthasarathy, Chief Program Officer, Executive Education Programmes, IIMB".

In addition to this, Prof. Rishikesha T Krishnan, Director, IIM Bangalore will present the inaugural address on 'Innovations and Changing Landscape for Organizations' and Prof. R Srinivasan, Chairperson of PGP and PGP BA program will cover 'Digitalization and Strategy' topic.

In the afternoon session, the topics like ‘Digital Transformation, Growth and Culture’ and ‘Leveraging Digital to Create and Capture Value’ will be covered by Subrahmanyam Lanka, Senior Vice President of R&D, Siemens Healthineers and Prof. G Shainesh of Marketing area of IIMB.

In addition to this, Thirumala Arohi Mamunooru, Senior Vice President & Head – Education, Training & Assessments (ETA), Infosys will join the event and share his views on ‘Case-in-Point: Experience of Infosys in L&D’ in the post-lunch session.
