IIM CAP 2026 PI Slot Booking Deadline Extended to February 8

The Indian Institutes of Management Common Admission Process (CAP) 2026 has extended the Stage 2 Personal Interview (PI) slot booking deadline to February 8, 2026.

Candidates shortlisted after submitting their Expression of Interest must now complete application fee payment and choose interview city, date, and slot within the revised timeline.

The PI rounds will be conducted from February 23 to March 31, 2026, across multiple cities and select IIM campuses for final admission consideration.

Candidates must select three preferred cities in order while filling the CAP form.

Shortlisted candidates must pay the CAP application fee before booking their interview slot, as the portal will not allow slot selection without payment. The fee is ₹2000 for General/NC-OBC/EWS candidates and ₹1000 for SC/ST/PwD candidates.

The admission process is conducted in two stages. In Stage I, candidates fill the online form by entering personal and academic details, work experience, co-curricular activities, uploading documents, and submitting the Expression of Interest (EOI).

In Stage II, they must pay the application fee and select their preferred interview city, date, and time slot. No corrections are permitted after submission, so details should be checked carefully.

After the interviews, each participating IIM prepares its own merit list and sends separate admission offers based on CAT score, PI performance, academics, and overall profile.

For the final admission stage, candidates should keep academic certificates, category documents (if applicable), work experience proof, and a valid photo ID ready, as institutes will soon share further admission updates.
