IIM Kazhikode Admission 2026

IIM Kozhikode has become the first IIM to release the Personal Interview (PI) shortlist for the PGP 2026 batch. Candidates who appeared for CAT 2025 and selected IIMK as a preference can now check their status via email or the official website. These shortlisted students are supposed to fill out a personal data form by 5 Jan 2026. The Interview shortlist will be released by them after 12 January 2026

The 2026 IIM admission season has shifted into high gear, with several institutes initiating their selection processes following the CAT 2025 results.

IIM Rohtak has already commenced registration for its MBA program, while IIM Bodhgaya (coordinating the Common Admission Process - CAP) and IIM Raipur (coordinating the Joint Admission Process - JAP) have released their respective qualifying cutoffs. Candidates must understand that Stage 1 registration is merely a pre-interview eligibility check; meeting the minimum CAT percentile, such as the 94–95 range for CAP or 90 for JAP, General category, is only the first step.

To secure a final interview call, candidates must survive a rigorous filtering process based on an Aggregate Index Score (AIS). This composite score, as seen in the IIM Kozhikode model, heavily weights factors beyond the CAT exam, including Class 10 and 12 marks, academic diversity, gender diversity, and verified professional work experience.

Below is a sample email sent by IIM Kozhikode to eligible candidates, inviting them to register for Stage 1 of the PGP 2026 admission process. Individual access is provided, not a public shortlist.
