IIM Kozhikode Student Representatives Contributed to Disha Higher Studies Expo 2023; Read Details Here

New Delhi: Student representatives of IIM Kozhikode have contributed to the Disha Higher Studies Expo 2023. The event was organized by the Directorate of Higher Secondary Education, Government of Kerala from January 03 to 07, 2023 at a venue on Kozhikode beach.

As per IIM Kozhikode, students received guidance from student representatives on management options in higher education on this occasion. The event was attended by Government Officials, IAS officers, Kozhikode Collectors, Students, and the general public.

The Disha Higher Studies Expo 2023 was held by the Career Guidance and Adolescent Counselling Cell of the General Education Department to guide students of class 12th on various options available in higher education. 

Students who participated in the expo were given information regarding the various courses available in the country, entrance examinations, scholarships, and study abroad options available after class 12th. In addition to this, they were introduced to CUET 2023 exam. 

The event was attended by 60 renowned universities and educational institutions under the Union and State government including NIT-C, IIM-K, IISER, TISS, Indian Institute of Craft and Design, NUALS, IIT Madras, IIHMCT and APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University among others.

In other news, IIM Kozhikode held an orientation ceremony for the biggest Executive MBA Class ever with 172 Students for the academic session of 2022-24. Alphons Joseph Kannanthanam, Union Minister of State for Culture and Tourism, served as the ceremony's chief guest.
