IIM Lucknow and Imarticus Learning Institute Collaborate to Launch a Global Leadership Program

New Delhi: IIM Lucknow and Imarticus Learning together are launching a global senior leadership program designed to equip skilled managers with a minimum of five years of work experience with industry-specific understanding as well as management skills.

IIM Lucknow will provide training to working people who want to hold executive positions in the corporate finance, human resources, operations, and marketing sectors.

Leading technology and management institutions in India are increasingly concentrating on supplying working individuals in various industries within their particular disciplines with industry-grade knowledge and leadership skills.

The senior leadership program, which IIM Lucknow offers in partnership with Imarticus Learning, includes a business simulation exercise that trains players in decision-making for a general manager position overseeing many corporate departments.

Additionally, 11 masterclass classes will be delivered by current CXOs of top firms to aid attendees in gaining useful insights into the sector.

The participants in this course will also participate in a 10-day campus exposure program at IIM Lucknow. On the successful conclusion of the program, those involved will also receive executive alumni status from IIM Lucknow.
