IIM Mumbai and Airbus Join Forces to Enhance Aviation Education

New Delhi: IIM Mumbai has teamed up with Airbus to offer aviation education to professionals and equip individuals with industry-ready skills through its Airbus Beyond courses. The agreement was signed on March 06, 2024, in the presence of Airbus India & South Asia President MD Remi Maillard and IIM Mumbai Director Manoj K. Tiwari.

The partnership will help foster talent and drive transformational effect in the country's changing aerospace domain. It will greatly benefit aviation professionals and those looking for employment in India's expanding aviation industry.

As a part of this collaboration, IIM-Mumbai will offer short-term aviation courses to aspiring and working professionals, allowing them to leverage the power of Airbus Beyond programs in aviation logistics, supply chain management, operations excellence, cargo handling, strategic procurement, business analytics, and digitization.

In addition to this, IIM Mumbai will schedule courses, onboard students, and offer infrastructure and logistical assistance. AdAirbus will provide trainers with training material from the Airbus Beyond catalogue for short-term courses as well as co-curate long-term courses and certify the trainers in the later phase.

Informing about this initiative, IIM Mumbai Director Manoj K.
