IIM Raipur is accepting applications for the MBA program for 2025-27 based on CAT 2024 scores/ranking. Candidates have to register for the PI process by January 15, 2025. Read the article for more details.

IIM Raipur MBA Admission 2025-27 Selection Process

The admission process for MBA will be done in three steps:

Step 1: Online registration of candidates after the declaration of the CAT 2024 results
Step 2: Shortlisting of candidates for the GD and PI
Step 3: Final Score for Preparing the Merit List

Minimum Academic Eligibility

Graduation Degree with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks for the GEN, EWS, and OBC-NCL categories.
The minimum aggregate marks in Graduation will be 50% for SC and 45% for ST and PWD categories.
CA/CMA(ICWA)/CS with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.

CAT 2024 Minimum Eligibility

Candidates must obtain a positive (greater than zero) scaled score in all sections of CAT 2024 - QA, DILR, and VRC.

Shortlisting Criteria For GD & PI

Candidates will be called for the GD and PI rounds after online registration based on the criteria below.

Gender Diversity Score (Female/Transgender Candidates)	7%

Selection Criteria For Final Merit List

After the GD and PI rounds, the final selection list will be released on the following criteria.

Selected candidates must pay the offer acceptance fee of INR 1,00,000 before the due date and time stated in the admission offer letter through the IIM Raipur payment portal., This amount will be adjusted against the fee payable by the candidate for Term I of the program.

Once the candidate accepts the offer, a registration link will be sent to the candidate to register for the program. The candidate must pay the balance Term I fee at the time of registration before the due date and time stated in the registration email.

Candidates who wish to withdraw from the program before the withdrawal date specified by IIM Raipur will be refunded the entire fee paid after the deduction of INR 1000 as a processing fee.
