IIM Raipur to Organise Sixth International Conference on Development and Governance in the BRICS; Check Details Here

New Delhi: Indian institute of Management (IIM) Raipur will be organising the sixth International Conference on Development and Governance in the BRICS on March 6-8, 2024. The theme of the conference is “Innovation in the BRICS Public Sector”.

IIM Raipur will conduct the conference in collaboration with YSI Complexity Economics and South Asian WG. Shri V. Srinivas, IAS Secretary, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances and Shri Sanjeev Chopra, IAS Secretary, Department of Food & Public Distribution, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution will be the keynote speakers of the conference.

The event aims to create a platform for knowledge sharing, innovative solutions, and dialogue, focusing on intertwining public administration with sustainable development, digitization, and ethical leadership. Attendees include academics and public and private sector leaders from the BRICS countries. The conference’s ultimate goal is to promote prosperity, inclusivity, and sustainability.

The conference will constitute of a a) Doctoral Colloquium, b) Academic Paper Presentation, c) sessions for Paper Development and d) a Methodological Workshop.

The extended abstract of about 800-1,000 words should have the title of the paper, and name, position, institution, and contact e-mail of the author(s). For academic research, the extended abstract should include the results, discussions and contributions of your research.

Submit your abstracts in MS-Word or PDF format, with the name including your last name. Your submission should be typed in Times New Roman, 12-point font, and double-spaced, following APA citation style. Ensure to include within the document the title of your submission, author(s) name(s), affiliation(s), contact information, and up to 5 keywords.

The application fee for students is INR 2000 and that of individual submission is INR 8000.
