New Delhi: IIM Ranchi recently celebrated the launch of the print edition of its IIM Ranchi Journal of Management Studies (IRJMS) and closing ceremony of IPM Induction 2023. The event was attended by Chief Guest, Shri Suresh Prabhu, Former Union Minister.
As per IIM Ranchi, the IIM Ranchi Journal of Management Studies (IRJMS) is published by Emerald Publishing Group and available for everyone to read. The journal is managed and owned by IIM Ranchi and supported by an editorial review board and an eclectic advisory board.
IRJMS is an international journal which publishes the finest double-blind, peer-reviewed, original research (both empirical and conceptual) in management and economics and psychology. The event featured Saraswati Vandana, National Song and lighting of lamps by the dignitaries.
The celebration event was attended by Prof. Deepak Kumar Srivastava, Director, IIM Ranchi; Prof. Pradip Kumar Bala, Dean, Academic Affairs and Development; Prof. Deepak Kumar, Chairperson, IPM and Prof. Aditya Shankar Mishra, Editor IIM Ranchi Journal of Management Studies.
The official website reads", The IIM Ranchi Journal of Management Studies is aimed not only at students, researchers and practitioners but also at anyone concerned with management-related issues. All articles published in IIM Ranchi Journal of Management Studies are published Open Access under a CC BY 4.0 license".
Speaking on this occasion, Prof. Aditya Shankar Mishra introduced the IRJMS and shared the IRJMS's success in its first 1.5 years of existence. The journal has 22 papers published, 50 thousand article downloads and 100 citations so far.
IIM Ranchi Journal of Management Studies. Padma Bhushan Dr. (Prof.) Jagdish Sheth was present at the event as a Guest of Honour. The event also included the celebration of the closing ceremony of IPM Induction 2023.
