IIM Ranchi has recently celebrated the remarkable accomplishments of over 55 dedicated fellows at the Certification Ceremony of the Mahatma Gandhi National Fellowship (MGNF) program.

New Delhi: Indian Institute of Management, IIM Ranchi has honored more than 55 committed individuals at the Mahatma Gandhi National Fellowship (MGNF) program's Certification Ceremony, celebrating their remarkable achievements.
Prof. Deepak Kumar Srivastava, the esteemed Director of IIM Ranchi, awarded the graduating fellows the Certificate of Public Policy Management.
Prof. Deepak Kumar Srivastava, the respected Director of the IIM Ranchi Faculty, presented the Certificate of Public Policy Management to the graduating fellows, highlighting the vital role of MGNF fellows as upcoming policy leaders.
He highlighted their distinctive combination of managerial skills and in-depth district-level understanding of public policy, essential for the nation's progress.
The event kicked off with a significant virtual assembly, uniting all nine academic partners of the MGNF program. The session began with a compelling welcome speech by the Program Director of IIM Bangalore, illuminating the program's journey and remarkable accomplishments.
Subsequently, Shri Atul Kumar Tiwari, Secretary of the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, and Shri K. Sanjay Murthy, Secretary of Higher Education, delivered motivational speeches. The ceremony also included the unveiling of the MGNF Report, symbolizing the program's impactful initiatives.
The esteemed Keynote Address was given by Shri Dharmendra Pradhan, the Honourable Minister of Education, Skill Development, and Entrepreneurship.
He highlighted the growing employment opportunities stemming from skill development initiatives, emphasized the significance of gender representation in the workforce, and underscored the substantial contributions of MGNF fellows to the Prime Minister's "Skill India" vision.
Concluding the event, Shri Nilambuj Sharan, the Senior Economic Advisor of the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, expressed heartfelt gratitude in a Vote of Thanks. He recognized the combined efforts and unwavering commitment of the MGNF fellows to the nation's developmental mission.
Some of the prominent dignitaries present during the event were Prof. Gaurav Manohar Marathe, Chairperson of the MGNF program, alongside the MGNF Program Directors: Prof. Pradip Kumar Bala, Prof. Amit Sachan, Prof. Tanusree Dutta, and Prof. Rojers P Joseph.
