The IIM Ranchi and Tata Steel Foundation Joint Certificate Program 2023 will be taught in Hindi by IIM academics and experienced course instructors from the administration and development sectors.

New Delhi: IIM Ranchi has launched the first academic module of its Certificate Program for Grassroots Leadership Development and Local Governance. The program will be offered under the guidance of IIM Ranchi Director, Prof. Deepak Kumar Srivastava.
As per IIM Ranchi, the certificate program is designed for the officials of Tata Steel Foundation Development Corridor through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between IIM Ranchi and Tata Steel Foundation. So far, 43 prospective grassroots leaders have joined the course.
Informing about the IIM Ranchi Certificate Program 2024, the official release shared that it will be taught in Hindi by IIM academics who have domain knowledge as well as experienced course instructors from the administration and development sectors.

The program will include a total of four 10-day residential academic workshops covering subjects such as Local Government, Community Development, Project Management, Leadership Development, and Personal Development. Through this MoU, the institute aims to achieve its goal of being a globally oriented-yet locally responsive institute.

In other news, IIM Ranchi has launched its inaugural flagship Management Conclave, which brings together experts and industry leaders. The conclave is a platform which provides students a chance to interact firsthand with industry leaders.
The event was held in the presence of Prof. Deepak Kumar Srivastava, Director, IIM Ranchi, Prof. Varun Elembilassery, Chairperson, Corporate Relations and Placement Committee and the Chief Guest, Shri Sanjay Kumar Verma, Director (Commercial), MECON Limited.
