IIM Ranchi Organises 16th ISDSI Global Conference 2023 from December 26 to 29

New Delhi: IIM Ranchi is currently organising the 16th ISDSI Global Conference 2023 from December 26 to December 29, 2023, in a hybrid format. The conference aims to foster a diverse global dialogue among experts, industry leaders and participants.

The ISDSI-Global Conference 2023 is a platform for scholars, researchers, practitioners, and policymakers where they can enable the exchange of insights and ideas. The theme of the conference is "Reimagining Globalisation: The Power of Digital Interconnection in a Deglobalizing World."

On December 26, 2023, the conference featured Five Doctoral workshops. The inaugural session on December 27, 2023, was led by a Director Panel on "Two-way Internationalization: Making India a Global Hub for Higher Education’ and a CEO Panel covered “Navigating the New Normal: Digital Innovation Strategies for Sustainable Growth in a Deglobalizing World” theme on day 2.

Days 3 and 4 will cover sessions and workshops on publishing in high-impact journals as well as discussions on Developing Impact Journals in India, Startups and Entrepreneurship, focusing on the Internationalization of Indian B-schools, and the valedictory address.

Prof. Rajesh Jain, the Conference Chair, says, “We're excited to host the prestigious conference, and we are very proud to have received approximately 580 submissions from more than 1000 authors from across the globe, including academicians, industry leaders, policymakers, scholars from different IIMs, IITs, Central universities, leading private B-schools and other global academic institutions”.

“In these four days, we are going to have exciting conversations around the major theme of the conference, which is reimagining globalization, the power of digital interconnections in the de-globalizing world.
