IIM Ranchi has proudly introduced the second installment of the Young Change Makers Program, offering aspiring leaders the tools and knowledge to be catalysts for impactful change.
New Delhi: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ranchi has launched the second iteration of its Rural Immersion Bootcamp (YCP – RIB) as a part of the Young Change Makers Programme.
The inaugural edition of IIM Ranchi's program was truly remarkable. It brought together more than 100 students from over 40 cities across our diverse nation, embodying the essence of unity and progress.
IIM Ranchi entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Rasabeda Village Committee, committing a sum of INR 1.8 Lakh generated by students through the Young Changemakers Programme for the holistic development of the village.
This partnership sets the stage for a promising future for the inhabitants of Rasabeda. IIM Ranchi is committed to extending its assistance in formulating and executing the village development blueprint.
Expanding its reach beyond borders, the Rural Immersion Bootcamp is now a four-day initiative scheduled from December 21 to 24, 2023. It is tailored for aspiring leaders with a deep commitment to social service, community advancement, and a strong drive to make a lasting and sustainable difference.
This occasion will act as an international hub, a meeting point for a multitude of perspectives and talents. It's where people from diverse cultural and geographical origins come together to jointly delve into, exchange, and commemorate the rich essence of curiosity and creativity.
Participants will have the opportunity to glean wisdom from the country's most distinguished professors and respected guest speakers. They will receive the essential knowledge to address a real-life case study.
