Selection & Admission Process – EMBA 2026
The IIMV admission process is conducted in three phases.
- Phase 1: Candidates are shortlisted based on eligibility criteria, details provided in the online application form, and uploaded supporting documents.
- Phase 2: Shortlisted candidates must appear for the Executive Management Aptitude Test (EMAT) and Personal Interview (PI).
- Candidates with valid CAT/GRE/GMAT scores may be exempted from EMAT.
- Appearing for the Admission Test is mandatory but not sufficient for PI shortlisting.
- Absence from either EMAT or PI leads to disqualification from the admission process.
- EMAT and PI are conducted online, and details are shared after application closure.
- Phase 3: Final admission offers are issued based on the composite score. The composite score weightage is as follows: 47.5% for the Entrance Exam, 47.5% for the Personal Interview, and 5% for Gender Diversity (Applicable to Female and Transgender candidates).
Admission offers depend on seat availability and meeting the prescribed cut-offs in test scores, PI, or composite score.
